Every Tetrafold ships from a US warehouse with tracking. Most orders arrive in 3–6 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

Use it for 60 days from the day it arrives. If it isn't earning its spot on your desk, email hello@tetrafold.co and we'll send a prepaid label and refund the full price once it's scanned in. No restocking fee, no form to fill out, no questions about why.

Something wrong with it?

If a Tetrafold arrives damaged or stops working within a year, we replace it. Send a photo or a short video to the same address and a new one goes out first.
